The airport welcome:

• Must be requested and confirmed in advance
• Is subject to my availability
• Does not include airport transportation

Are you a licensed travel agent or tour operator?

No. This is an independent travel-planning and online support service. I provide research, recommendations, itinerary preparation, and booking links. Customers make and pay for their own reservations directly with travel providers.

Will you book flights and hotels for me?

I can research suitable options and send you direct booking links. You will review the details and complete payment directly with the airline, hotel, or booking platform.

How long can I use the travel-support service?

Chat-based support is available for one Philippines trip lasting up to 14 days, based on the dates confirmed before your trip.

Is the airport welcome guaranteed?

No. The optional NAIA airport welcome depends on my availability and must be confirmed in writing before your arrival.

Can I change my itinerary?

Yes. Two reasonable revisions are included. Major destination changes or additional revisions may require an extra fee.

Is this an emergency-support service?

No. For medical, safety, legal, or other emergencies, contact the appropriate authorities, your embassy, your insurance provider, or Philippine emergency services by calling 911.

Can couples or families purchase this package?

Yes. The package can be created for solo travelers, couples, families, or small private groups traveling together on the same itinerary.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because this package includes personalized digital work and reserved support dates, payments become non-refundable once itinerary preparation has started.

If your plans change, contact me as early as possible. One date change may be considered subject to availability. Unused consultation time, revisions, airport welcome, or chat-support days cannot be exchanged for cash.
